New York Medicare Upstate submitters sending to HealthNow posted: 02-03-09
National Government Services has announced that New York Medicare Upstate submitters that have been submitting to the HealthNow Gateway will be migrated over to the National Government Services Gateway. This migration must be completed by February 15, 2009 to avoid interruptions.
You should receive a letter indicating your new Submitter ID and temporary password.
Your new Submitter ID needs to entered in 1000A NM109, ISA06, and GS02 in the Claim Manager receiver.
The dial-up phone number should also be changed to (877) 879-6471.

CMS has changed the Contractor Code for Florida Medicare Part A submitters effective February 13, 2009.
The Contract Code is changing from 00090 to 09101. This needs to be changed in 1000B NM109 and GS03 in the Claim Manager receiver and the Payer Number field in your Practice Management System.
Current users do not have to fill out a new enrollment form. You will continue to use the same Submitter ID and Login.

CMS has changed the Contractor Code for Florida Medicare Part B submitters effective February 1, 2009.
The Contract Code is changing from 00590 to 09102. This needs to be changed in 1000B NM109 and GS03 in the Claim Manager receiver and the Payer Number field in your Practice Management System.
Current users do not have to fill out a new enrollment form. You will continue to use the same Submitter ID and Login.

The Contractor Code has changed from 00801 to 13282. This needs to be changed in 1000B NM109, ISA08, and GS03 in the Claim Manager receiver and in the Payer Number field in Medisoft.
Current users do not have to fill out a new enrollment. You should continue submitting the same way; no other changes have taken place.
