Juan Herrera
Duties at SendClaim: My responsibility as sales manager is to maintain a communication link between resellers and SendClaim, LLC. My duties are to educate and assist resellers on products and services offered by SendClaim, LLC.
Experience: I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Business Administration. I am bilingual and have over fifteen years experience in managing and developing sales distribution teams worldwide. I have worked closely with many departments within a company, which include research and development, purchasing, logistics, and quality control. In the medical industry, I have worked with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, billing companies, insurance companies. My goal is to coordinate all parties involve to provide the best customer service to resellers and providers.
Hobbies: Cooking for friends and family. I am married to Allison Herrera and have two daughters: Emily who is 15 and Ashley Kathryn who is 11.

Joey Bernard
Duties at SendClaim: I handle everything pertaining to the products SendClaim offers, including Claim Manager 4 installations, software training and testing, and general tech support for customers and resellers.
Experience: General knowledge of computers and software, combined with years of working with them. I have my high school diploma with some college experience.
Hobbies: Playing video and computer games are among my favorite hobbies. I also enjoy working with computer hardware, drawing, uploading, editing, and posting my artwork for others to see, traveling, fishing, and spending time with loved ones.

Timothy Motley
Duties at SendClaim: Supervising the support team, product development and reseller training are just a few of the duties I take care of at SendClaim.

EJ DeRouen III
Duties at SendClaim: I work in the software support department. I assist customers with support calls dealing with the installation and configuring of Claim Manager and any problems that may arise.
Experience: I have a degree in computer networking Technology and have hands on training with SendClaim Software. I also served in the U.S. Army for 4 years.
Hobbies: I enjoy both disc golf and regular golf, Bar-B-Queing/Grilling, Car Audio Installation and spending time with my wife, Jaqulyn and two children Aura Caine and EJ Joseph DeRouen IV.
